Province Electric is certified as a Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) through the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) the nation’s largest third party certifier of businesses owned and operated by women in the US. The certification process confirms the business is at least 51% owned, operated and controlled by a woman or women. In fact, Province Electric is 100% women owned and operated.
Province Electric is also certified as a Female Business Enterprise (FBE) with the City of Atlanta’s Equal Business Opportunity Program, and certified as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) with the Georgia Department of Transportation. The Company also holds a Certificate of Completion for Construction Business Management Institute (CBMI). This certificate was awarded by the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport for completing a course at Atlanta Metropolitan State College – Center for Entrepreneurship.
